1. Acceptance

By using this website or purchasing, downloading, installing, subscribing to, or accessing a YouCentricTech offering, you agree to these Terms and any licence, service agreement, eligibility rule, privacy notice, or product-specific terms presented to you.

2. Broad catalogue and supplemental terms

YouCentricTech may offer paid or free templates, spreadsheets, dashboards, guides, courses, workbooks, media, creative assets, AI-assisted resources, software, applications, add-ons, subscriptions, safety or wellbeing tools, institutional solutions, and professional services. Each offering may have additional terms. If there is a conflict, the product- or service-specific terms control for that offering.

3. Product information and availability

Descriptions, compatibility, pricing, delivery, duration, support, update commitments, technical requirements, and limitations appear on the relevant product or service page. We may improve, update, suspend, replace, or discontinue an offering, subject to applicable law and any access rights already granted.

4. Licences and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, digital products are licensed, not sold, for the purchaser’s personal or internal business use. You may use and customise eligible materials within the licence, but may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share private access, remove ownership notices, publish source files, reverse engineer where prohibited, or claim the product as your own commercial work. Free products remain subject to their stated licence.

5. Accounts, eligibility, and authorised users

You are responsible for accurate information, account security, authorised users, and activity under your access. Some products may require age, identity, screening, guardian, organisational, location, device, or other eligibility requirements. Those requirements will be disclosed before access is granted.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the website or any offering to violate law or rights, misrepresent identity or authority, harass or endanger others, evade eligibility controls, interfere with security, distribute malicious material, conduct unauthorised surveillance, access another person’s data, or use safety features to intimidate, stalk, retaliate, or make false reports.

7. Payments, taxes, subscriptions, and trials

Payments are processed through the hosted checkout provider displayed at purchase, which may act as merchant of record and apply its checkout, billing, tax, fraud-prevention, and payment terms. Subscription, renewal, cancellation, trial, and usage limits will be stated before purchase. You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method where recurring billing applies.

8. Services

Professional services require a written scope covering deliverables, timing, fees, revisions, dependencies, acceptance, cancellation, confidentiality, and ownership. Website descriptions alone do not create a service engagement.

9. Third-party platforms and integrations

Some offerings depend on third-party platforms, devices, networks, app stores, cloud services, payment providers, or integrations. Their terms apply separately. We are not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, data practices, or account decisions controlled by those third parties.

10. Safety, health, emergency, financial, and professional limitations

Unless expressly stated in product-specific terms, offerings provide organisational, educational, productivity, or informational assistance only. They are not legal, accounting, tax, medical, mental-health, financial, emergency-response, law-enforcement, or professional-security services. A safety or wellbeing product must not be your sole means of protection or emergency communication. Contact appropriate emergency services and qualified professionals when needed.

11. AI-assisted features and outputs

AI-assisted features can produce incomplete, inaccurate, or non-unique results. You must review outputs before relying on or publishing them and remain responsible for permissions, accuracy, decisions, and lawful use.

12. Disclaimers and liability

Offerings are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Availability, connectivity, alerts, location accuracy, compatibility, uninterrupted operation, and particular outcomes are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, YouCentricTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access where required for security, law, non-payment, misuse, eligibility failure, risk to others, or material breach. Obligations concerning payment, confidentiality, licences, ownership, disclaimers, and liability survive where applicable.

14. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, without limiting mandatory rights available to consumers elsewhere. We may update these Terms as the business and catalogue develop. Material changes will be identified by a revised effective date.
