This policy covers the YouCentricTech website and our general business operations. Individual downloads, software, mobile or web applications, subscriptions, learning products, professional services, safety or wellbeing tools, and institutional solutions may include a separate privacy notice. Where a product-specific notice differs from this policy, that notice governs the relevant product or service.

3. Information we may receive

• Contact and account details, including your name, email address, organisation, and support messages.
• Order, licence, subscription, delivery, tax, fraud-prevention, and transaction records supplied by our checkout or payment providers.
• Product-use, device, browser, diagnostic, security, and interaction information where a product requires it and the applicable notice explains it.
• Information you submit for a service, course, community, survey, waitlist, or free resource.

4. Sensitive and safety-related information

The general website does not ask you to submit emergency, medical, precise-location, identity-verification, incident, child, or dependent information. A future safety or wellbeing product may need some of these categories. Before collection begins, the product will provide a specific notice explaining the information, purpose, retention, sharing, security controls, eligibility requirements, and any guardian or institutional responsibilities.

Payment details are processed through the hosted checkout provider shown at purchase. YouCentricTech does not collect or store complete payment-card numbers. We may use established providers for checkout, payment, tax, fraud prevention, email, hosting, analytics, file delivery, customer support, identity verification, and product infrastructure. They process information according to their agreements and privacy policies.

7. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers needed to operate the business, with professional advisers, when required by law, to protect rights or safety, during a legitimate business transfer, or with your direction or consent.

8. Children, dependents, and guardian-managed access

The general website is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum digital-consent age that applies where they live. We do not knowingly collect their personal information through this site. A future product intended for families, guardians, schools, healthcare settings, or other institutions will have separate eligibility, consent, guardian, and institutional terms before launch.

9. Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for delivery, support, security, accounting, legal, and product-specific purposes. We use access controls, account security, and reputable providers, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

10. International processing

Our service providers may process information outside Jamaica. We select established providers and rely on applicable contractual, legal, and technical safeguards for international processing.

11. Your choices and rights
